ALSTASAN SILVOX (Silver Hydrogen Peroxide based Biodegradable Agriculture Disinfectant) addresses the following areas of concern without causing harmful/toxic effects.

 

Method of application:

Regular treatment by Drench method:

A fair dilution of the disinfectant is made and drenched to each plant every 15-30 days. Helps in treating the following diseases of yam farms:

  • Anthracnose (Scorch), by Collectotrichum gloeosporioides accounts for stem and leaf cankers, causing wilted leaves that reduces plant life, and distorted stems

Regular treatment by Drip method:

Disinfection of yam farms by dripping is ensured by making a dilution of this product with irrigation water and feeding the soil bed with it, through a drip line. It is advised to repeat this process once in every 15 days. Helps in treating the following diseases:

  • Mealy bugs (Rastrococcus sp.) allow growth of sooty mold on tubers
  • Anthracnose (Scorch), by Collectotrichum gloeosporioides accounts for stem and leaf cankers, causing wilted leaves that reduces plant life, and distorted stems
