ALSTASAN SILVOX (Silver Hydrogen Peroxide based Biodegradable Agriculture Disinfectant) addresses the following areas of concern without causing harmful/toxic effects.

 

Method of application:

Regular treatment by Drip method:

This disinfectant is added to irrigation water and fed to the soil bed through drip line. It is advised to repeat this process once in every 15 days. Helps in the treatment of the following sweet potato diseases:

  • Soft rot, identified by sunked gray-orange lesions on the taproot which softens and collapses the tissue, is caused by Erwinia chrysanthemi
  • Black rot, identified by circular brown-black rotten patches on the tubers, with reduced wilted plants, is caused by Ceratocystis fimbriata
  • Fusarium solani causes Fusarium root and stem rot, identified by distorted stems with dark rot extending into the tuber, with white mold covering

Regular treatment by Drench method:

A fair dilution of the disinfectant is made to wet the soil every 15-30 days. Helps in treating the following diseases of sweet potato cultivation:
